Annually in May we launch a dynamic, cutting edge exhibition for environmental and social change called Common Threads Woven Through Community. Come join talented and passionate folk in creating an amazing month of community events.

An annual community engagement project with a strong focus on textiles and skill sharing, exhibition and interactive presentations – followed by smaller events that run throughout the year. The signature event is proudly brought to you each May in partnership with The Sound Temple, located in the beautiful bush setting of the Perth Hills.

We invite artists working across a range of mediums, textiles, visual, sculpture, natural fibres, found, painting, photography etc and performance fields to collaborate and put forward any concepts and ideas that offer expression, education, inter-active experience to share skills and knowledge that foster and inspire action in creating an informed and empowered culture within our community.
