The Dilemma... A Zen Experience Or A Quick Accomplishment

What a dilemma! I am so excited I simply want to devour this inspiring book cover to cover. But wait...

Haiku is intrinsically Zen, so instead I mindfully savoured every page in a comfy chair with a delicious cup of tea. A delightful and meditative experience.

It is the author, Zen Master Brahm (Yogi Brahmasamhara) who first introduced me to Haiku poetry. A poetic form 'describing something which has been momentarily seized and rapidly penned in a minimalist 17 syllables - Brahm'. A haiku poem has only 3 lines - 5 syllables in the first line, 7 in the second line and 5 in the third line, a total of 17 syllables.

Zen Master Brahm is the most genuine, natural, insightful and guiding teacher of Zen Meditation I have had the privilege to learn from. Brahm is truely authentic, living the same Zen life he teaches.

He established The Meditation Sanctuary 18 years ago and his teachings and meditation courses are sincerely as he states 'Complete, gentle, enjoyable and utterly natural way to gradually calm our entire physical, mental and emotional being. It then enables us to see, understand and ‘let go’ the negative aspects of our being that hinder our natural and joyful engagement with life'.

If you felt that little flutter of resonance then explore the Meditation Sanctuary and see where it takes you.
